FACILITATION

Do you have a meeting where you want to get something done and ensure that people leave satisfied with how the meeting went?

Do you want to help people from different walks of life in your community work together and get to know each other?

Does your parish want to involve children and youth in their decision-making, but you aren't sure how to do it?

These are all situations where good facilitation skills can help you achieve your goals.

I have trained in facilitation since studying interreligious dialogue at Saint Paul University during my undergraduate degree. I have put these skills to good use in ten years of parish and diocesan ministry and I have also had opportunities to train people in facilitation. Most recently, I have taught facilitation skills as a trainer at the Diocesan School for Parish Development in the Diocese of New Westminster.

If your congregation, non-profit, small business, co-op, family, camp or choir have an idea for a group gathering where you need to getting things done or simply get to know one another, I would love to work with you to find a facilitation solution to meet your needs.
